We offer short courses in-house in our areas of expertise, in addition to our coaching and consultancy work. Broadly, these are either in areas of leadership and management or coaching skills. Training is delivered by people who are both skilled and experienced in using the material being taught and also skilled trainers.

Coaching Skills
We can train managers to use coaching as part of their portfolio of managment skills in order to increase the creativity and self-reliance of staff, to help them to develop, and to help them to support one another. This material can be included in other courses too as appropriate. Since an element of coaching skill is the ability to understand and work with different personalities, our courses usually include some personality profiling, for example using Insights® Discovery or similar.

For example, we trained the top three management tiers of the Wiltshire Wildlife Trust in coaching skills over three half days.

Leadership and Management Training
Examples include courses with several sessions to train people becoming line managers for the first time, and could include shorter courses on specific subjects such as time management or delegation.
