This is true whether you are in a stable job, have started a new job or been promoted so you are carryng extra responsibility and want to learn new skills and get up to speed quickly, or want to review the direction of your life and career (perhaps because you want more fulfilment or through grief such as redundancy or retirement).

The agenda is yours. At the heart of our process is transformative listening. As you start to tell your story, and are truly heard, connections will be made with deep desires that need to be at the core of what you put into action. We encourage and stimulate through the questions we ask. We do not advise but are catalysts for your own innate creativity. We seek to nurture habits of reflective learning to enhance your own personal awareness, integrity, and decision making.
