We have experience in business and also in ministry. This means that we can offer effective coaching to clergy, in the context of their church organisation or individually, which has permeable boundaries with their own Spiritual Direction.
Team coaching is of value to leadership teams and committees who want support to work towards their shared goals in the most effective way, or to improve their collective Discernment.
We are also able to offer consultancy services where leaders or leadership teams need short- or medium-term support for particular projects.
Some of this work may be done in collaboration with the Bristol Diocese Parish Development Team, or the Bath & Wells Diocese Team Consultancy Service, both of which we are registered with.
