For Churches and Church Leaders

We have experience in business and also in ordained and non-ordained ministry within church. This means that we can offer effective coaching (workplace consultancy) to clergy and other church leaders, in the context of their church organisation or individually, and this can have permeable boundaries with their Spiritual Direction. Working with teams, this can include facilitation, team-building, and coaching training.

We give ongoing support to leaders in churches, knowing that they are in particularly demanding roles.

We support individuals at times of transition. In this we specialise in working with those who want to rediscover their strengths, vocation, and calling in order to make the best choices for the future and to be fully effective in what they do. This can include clergy who after some time in parish ministry start to wonder whether this is the best fit for them.

Team coaching is of value to leadership teams and committees who want support in building clarity of vision and to work towards their shared goals in the most effective way, or to improve their collective Discernment.

We are also able to offer consultancy services where leaders or leadership teams need short- or medium-term support for particular projects.

Some of this work may be done in collaboration with the Bristol Diocese Parish Development Team, the Bath & Wells Diocese Team Consultancy Service, or the Salisbury Diocese Wellbeing Group - all of which we are part of or registered with.
