For the Charity

We work with organisations that value people and recognise the importance of developing them. We develop excellence in the leaders of not-for-profit organisations - working as appropriate with founders, trustees, the CEO and key staff - to develop them, their staff, and their organisation. We do this through coaching, facilitation, consultancy, and training.

We have particular experience of working with charities and know that those who lead charities face a job tougher than that of many who run businesses and have the joys and challenges of working with volunteers, people for whom values are important, and the need to engage with varied supporters to be successful with fundraising.

We provide a range of services for the organisation as a whole, and for the individuals and teams within it, all of which are intended to bring about long-lasting people-centred development.
