Although large businesses are often use consultants, the directors of small businesses and charities often face a crisis of shortage of time and "the right people" to be able to delegate key tasks or make important decisions well. We help the owners and managers of businesses on an ongoing basis through coaching, and can also provide short term interventions through training and consultancy. Team facilitation and chairing of Board Meetings
We can deliver group coaching to aid groups and leadership teams in effective decision making. This can keep the meeting on task and ensure that: everyone is able to contribute, that the meeting is not dominated by particular people, that appropriate facts and details are considered while keeping sight of the big picture and great ideas!

Interim general management
Examples of work include interim CEO for People Against Poverty (a charity). For extented periods we offer part-time interim management because our consultants also need time to meet their coaching clients!

Consultancy Projects
Examples of work range from conducting risk analyses, analysing the effectiveness of income-generating projects, and analysing future business needs.

Our consultancy work is tactical, by which we mean that the work we do invites you to new action to reach your goals. Through in-depth analysis we look at the strategic picture and the detail, and then make culturally appropriate recommendations. We are relational and intuitive as well as perceptive and thoughtful.

It is important to us that all that we do and recommend starts from your existing culture and practices, affirms what is already going well, and flows from your organisation’s purpose—your True North. Thus we prefer to work closely alongside you and your staff during the project, and we can support you through the implementation phase with group facilitation and individual coaching.
