Our managing director and lead coach is Richard Hovey
He started his working life as a designer and project leader of military computer systems, before moving into marketing management. Continued interest in developing people led him further into performance coaching of individuals and teams and starting Finding True North in 2007.
He has proven strengths in leading teams, handling complex business issues, and turning vision into reality. and is passionate about individuals, teams, and organisations becoming all that they can be.
He has a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College, London, a MBA from Cranfield School of Management, and is an ordained priest in the Church of England. He is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institute of Business Consulting and the Chartered Management Institute.
His interests include sailing and scuba diving, and he is a trustee of several UK charities.
